The Challenge:

How Does It Work?

Our Leadership Journeys are designed to take place over time, with multiple learning technologies for participants to experience.

  • These executive development programs take place over six to nine months.
  • They are anchored by two off-sites of four-and-a-half days, or three off-sites of three days each.
  • Between workshops participants apply new mindsets and skills to current business challenges.
  • Coaches support each participant throughout the program, including tailoring interim assignments for individual development.
  • Participants work closely with executive sponsors to build the social networks for ongoing embedding.
  • At the end, in addition to the tremendous progress of each person, the group has a learning community in place to continue executive development with peer support.

Taking a group on a Leadership Journey is the most powerful way to close the Performance Gap. This experience delivers new mindsets, increased capability, and sustainable change.
