Research on adult learning tells us that sustained practice is a key ingredient to changing long standing habits. The same findings say that coaching plays an important role in supporting the on-going learning that solidifies new mindsets and behavior.
Many of us experience breakthroughs at workshops or retreats. And then we go home.
When we go back to work, and resume business as usual, we benefit from guidance about how to apply our new insights to daily life. We also appreciate support to put new skills into practice. This is why we offer Beyond Yes Coaching, to help you bring your learning back home.
We offer one-on-one coaching to help you integrate what you learned at a Beyond Yes event for the general public. Both research and experience tell us you will increase your capacity to use the Beyond Yes Method in the “real world” if you work with a coach for a period of time after you learn the approach. Your coach will work with you on current situations in your life.
You can enjoy an introductory coaching session FREE, whether or not you continue with a coach. For more information, email info .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

After attending a five day Beyond Yes workshop, I knew I wanted to keep going. In working one-on-one with Emily Gould, she skillfully led me to new horizons in clarifying my emotions and needs, and enhancing my ability to negotiate with others.
